In Pomarede, a small village in Languedoc Roussillon nestled between Castelnaudary and Toulouse, you will find this 11th century Cathar castle. This wonderful residence was renovated, refurbished and rejuvenated in 1998 by its new owners. It is now a very charming 4-star hotel. Bedrooms are veritable islands of tranquillity and the chef’s creative cuisine is a true invitation to enjoy gourmet delights. The Chef Gerald GARCIA won 1 star on the Michelin Guide.
